According to research, 34% of cyclists would cycle to work pre-pandemic.  This year's Cycle to Work day is  hoping to improve on these figures and get more people cycling to work, particularly because more people took up cycling over lockdown.

SCREENTIME
According to Ofcom, daily average screen time in 2020 was five hours and 40 minutes, up 47 minutes on the previous year.  With this increase obviously spurred on by lockdown - how do you break the habit of too much screen time?
