Andy Murray & Heather Watson face tough tests as tennis gets underway.

Day one action from Tokyo as Andy Murray, Joe Salisbury and Heather Watson begin their tennis competitions.

There were lots of Brits in action as a tennis replays see Andy Murray and Joe Salisbury in the men's doubles competition. Two time singles gold medalist, Murray, and his partner faced second seed Frenchmen Pierre-Hughes Herbert and Nicolas Mahut. Sticking with the tennis court, Heather Watson was also in action in the women's singles against Germany's Anna-Lena Friedsam. The British number two was looking to put her first round Wimbledon loss behind her.
