Mark is in Lochaline on the Morvern Peninsula meeting up with members of the Morvern Community Development Company at their new community hub.

During our visit to Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve we headed away from the main car park to take a look at the rather impressive Lawers Dam and see what other secrets the reserve had in store for us. 

After a recent sighting of a red squirrel in Aberdeen city centre, we find out how the reds are faring across Scotland and what we can do to encourage them.
			
This Sunday is international bog day and it just so happens Mark visited Flanders Moss National Nature Reserve earlier this week to see some of the bog restoration that has been carried out there as well as some artwork inspired by the landscape. 

Findhorn Bay Arts’ summer programme of events is underway, and Euan goes to see Dumfries and Galloway based artist Mark Zygadlo’s colourful and intriguing WaterOrgan on the River Findhorn.

Anna Massie spotted some dolphins from her parents’ Black Isle home for the first time in a long time and managed to record the moment for Out of Doors.

Our midweek podcast features a trip Mark made to what is thought to be the UK's first curative forest. Owner Rory MacPhee showed him around and told him more about why spending time in a forest can be good for our health.

We catch up with musician and sailor Marieke Huysmans Berthou who has been performing concerts from her boat, Lady Flow, around the Scottish coastline as part of her Pianocean project.

And Euan has been exploring the connections between Slains Castle near Cruden Bay and the supernatural.
