The US senate is slowly moving toward passing a $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill. We'll hear from a farmer directly affected, and then the former governor of Pennsylvania, Ed Rendell, on why the bipartisan bill is so important. Also in the programme, an upcoming UN report is expected to give the global community a stark warning about the dangers of accelerating climate change.
