If you have a serious medical problem you can apply for exemption from having to stay for ten days in hotel quarantine if you come into the UK from a red list country .
We report on one family trying to move back from South Africa who claim that the UK system is chaotic, dangerous and not transparent.  They explain what happened when they tried to apply for a medical exemption because their six-year-old daughter has a serious peanut allergy. We also speak to Emertius Professor of Paediatrics at Imperial College, London. He's an expert in childhood allergies.

Sales of second hand clothes are booming with the market on track to double in the next five years. We hear from two advocates who are hunting for pre-loved fashion,  and we also speak to Hannah Banks-Walls, the digital fashion news and features director for Grazia.

With more people opting for a staycation this summer, we examine new research into the best and worst holiday cottages in the UK. We  hear from one listener who says her quest for a dream holiday cottage fell very short of ideal. Also, we speak to Rory Boland, the Travel Editor of Which, about the companies most likely to provide that perfect break as well as those that might be better avoided.
