Landlords have been told they now can't evict businesses for unpaid rent until next March.

A ban on landlords evicting firms for unpaid rent is being extended to March. A landlord and a shop owner tell Sean what it means for them. And why is the cost of living rising?

The government's announced it's extending a ban on commercial evictions which was due to finish at the end of the month. It means landlords won't be allowed evict businesses from their premises for not paying rent until next March. Sean hears from a landlord who says his industry is in shock. But businesses say it's desperately needed help.

And Sean looks into what's driving the rise in the cost of living. The latest figures show inflation's risen to a two year high.
