The Hadler family have been brutally killed on their farm in the small Australian country town of Kiewarra. It seems father Luke committed suicide after killing his wife and child. 

Policeman Aaron Falk has returned for the funeral of his old friend - with whom he shares a 20 year old secret. 

As questions mount and suspicion spreads,  Falk begins to doubt the official explanation of the deaths...
