Marking 50 years of Marvin's Gaye's album What's Going On, what it's like being religious in a secular workplace, and the colourful history of religious orders.

Cathy Macdonald finds out about the impact of human trafficking and how to spot signs of it, with Andy Bevan from the International Justice Mission, a Christian organisation that combats slavery and trafficking, and Fiona Stewart, a member of Restore Glasgow, which works to raise awareness about the issue in Glasgow. 

The remarkable and inspiring Myrtle Simpson, described as ‘the mother of Scottish skiing’, who is still wild swimming in her 90s, shares why she chose a life of adventure and travel. 

Are women disproportionately carrying the cost of the pandemic? As we emerge from lockdown, journalist Nell Frizzell and Anna Ritchie Allan from Close the Gap join Cathy to discuss how childcare might be key to economic recovery. 

A recent report has indicated that journalists in Britain are far less religious than the rest of the UK population. Journalists Jill Brown and Graham Spiers tell Cathy what it's like being open about your faith in the secular setting of a newsroom.  

Marvin Gaye's classic album What's Going On is 50 years old. Superfan Jim Muotune pays tribute as he reflects on a piece of work that's been with him over the last five decades, and why it's as fresh now as it was the day it was released. 

And do you know your Franciscans from your Jesuits? We’ll be finding out why there are so many Catholic Orders and what makes them different from one another, with Brother Kenneth Vance, Director of the Edinburgh Jesuit Centre, and lay Domincan Dr Sara Parvis, of the School of Divinity, University of Edinburgh.
