Having experienced previous birth trauma, she's one of thousands of women in the Balkan region speaking out about the violence and mistreatment that they have endured in hospitals during pregnancy and childbirth. A mother, doctor and activist, Amira is determined for the arrival of her fourth child to be a life-enhancing experience for her whole family.
