The £3 billion deficit in unpaid retail rent that some landlords are taking to court; and could shandy be the drink of the summer?

You and Yours can reveal new data which shows the extent of unpaid retail rent since the start of the pandemic - almost £3 billion. Reporters Sam Fenwick hears from one landlord who took a retailer to court over unpaid rents and won - while the boss of a major toy shop chain tells her if landlords take an aggressive stance it will have a devastating impact on the high street.

A report by the Covid Realities Project has highlighted the impact on the mental health of claimants of Universal Credit over the past year. Peter White talks to one person who found the uncertainty around claiming the benefit affected her mental and physical health, and he hears from the reports lead author. 

And as Sainsbury's prepares to sell an elderflower and lager top in 51 stores could shandy be on the cusp on a long awaited revival? We hear from the Oxford based company behind the new drink and alcohol historian Jane Peyton.
