Paramedics deal with a bus crash in Glasgow that has left passengers injured. 

Special Operations paramedic Brian is called to help his colleagues at a bus crash in Glasgow that has left passengers injured.

Documentary series following the Scottish Ambulance Service. Near Peterhead, an elderly patient who has difficulties moving needs to be transferred to hospital. Ambulance crew Ricky and Luan use their skills to help him safely into the ambulance. Special Operations paramedic Brian is called to help his colleagues at a bus crash in Glasgow that has left passengers injured. In Paisley, Gary and Pete respond to a call about a young boy with a rare heart condition who has had a seizure and needs to be checked in hospital. And back in Aberdeen, paramedic Nick struggles to get an intravenous line into a seriously ill patient.
