Grant reviews Nomadland, Without Remorse and Truman & Tennessee on movie review day

Grant talks to Peter McAleese and director David Whitney about documentary Killing Escobar, the incredible true story of Peter's attempted mission to kill drug lord Pablo Escobar

Thursday is International Dance Day and so Grant will be hearing from Scottish Ballet who have two new dance films to celebrate International Dance Day.

Jim McAteer talks about his new single The Everything Thing, which he wrote after he was personally challenged by Grant Stott. 

Killing Escobar is a new BBC Scotland documentary that tells the incredible true story of Scottish mercenary Peter McAleese, who was hired to kill the Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar in 1989. Grant talks to Peter and the documentary director David Whitney about the incredible events which took place and how they personally effected Peter. 

And as it’s Thursday, film reviewers Ali Harkness and Raisah Ahmed will be sharing their thoughts on three new releases – Nomadland starring Frances McDormand; Truman and Tennessee: An Intimate Conversation; and Without Remorse, based on the 1993 novel of the same name by Tom Clancy.
