It is billed as the launch of a new domestic low emission energy industry

The Vineyard Wind project off the coast of Massachusetts is intended to create enough electricity to power 400,000 homes in New England. Does this herald the dawn of a lower emission energy industry in the States? A question for Helen Zichal, CEO of the American Clean Power Association. China's population grew at its slowest pace in decades according to results of its census.
