Michael Smith talks to John about his passion for the history of Polar exploration and the epic story of Captain Francis Crozier from Banbridge as written in his book “Icebound in the Arctic”.  Owen Denvir releases his new single “This World”, part of the final EP in his trilogy “Sticks, Stones & Bones” and talks about his interactive digital show.  24 year old animal lover, Aaron Kelly from Ballymurphy explains how he uncovered a big environmental find of pine martens in Belfast.  Actress Tara Lynne O’Neill chats to John about her love for NI women’s football and launches a story competition on women’s football for children and Paula McIntyre cooks tea smoked salmon, grilled leeks, soft egg, crunchy crumbs and maple mustard dressing.
