Once again, Paul tries to present his show from his back-bedroom, amidst interruptions from barking dogs and low-flying aircraft. To celebrate the 500th edition of TeamPOG, Paul has the annual Lost TV Special featuring almost an hour of classic telly theme tunes.  Plus, producer Malcolm picks another dubious song for someone's wedding anniversary and there's a special celebratory Triple from Steps.
