Country pop superstar Carrie Underwood tells Jason Mohammad about her first album of gospel hymns and we launch 'Like A Prayer', exploring how to find moments of reflection and calm.

Carrie tells Jason about her new album 'My Savior', featuring many of the songs that she grew up singing from 'How Great Thou Art' to 'The Old Rugged Cross'. The album also features a duet with gospel royalty, CeCe Winans. Since winning American Idol in 2005 Carrie has gone on to sell more than 64 million records worldwide and won over 11 major awards from Grammys to CMAs. She tells Jason about her incredible work ethic, her faith and why now feels like the perfect moment to share her versions of gospel classics with the world.

Plus we launch a new feature called Like A Prayer, exploring the way we can find moments of calm and connection. From knitting nuns, sufi dancers, gong baths and prayer walks, hear how people of all faiths and none create moments of reflection and how, for many, they can be an act of self-care.
