Paramedics respond to a major incident following a crash between a bus and van on the busy A90 near Dundee.

Special operations paramedics respond to a major incident on the A90 near Dundee. A crash between a van and a bus has led to multiple casualties, including one patient thrown from the top deck of the bus. Team leader Mark must prioritise those who need the most urgent care as he works with dozens of other emergency responders at the scene of the crash.

In Edinburgh, paramedic Martyn and technician Kevin are called to treat a woman who has fallen outside, but without accurate location information they are forced to hunt for her in the busy city streets.

Lauren and Allan in Falkirk are sent to an unusual location when a call comes in for a patient in trouble at the vets.
