How the failed gambling website Football Index blurred the lines between betting and investing.

A group of influential MPs has written to the Culture minister demanding an inquiry into the collapse of the gambling website Football Index. Football Index was licensed by the Gambling Commission but it wasn't a typical gambling website. It called itself the "stock market of football." Customers were called "traders" and bought shares in football players whose stock would go up and down. We speak to Traders and Richard Holden MP who sits on the All Party Parliamentary Group for Gambling Related Harm.

The boss of Westfield shopping centres tells us how he's planning to attract shoppers back into stores, and create a desire for more local personalised services in retail outlets.

The Government has confirmed it's reducing the grant people receive for buying a new electric car. It'll fall by £500 to £2,500 and will only be allowed if the car costs less than £35,000. So what could that mean for sales?
