Radio personality Cate Conway talks about life since the loss of her colleague and best friend Stephen Clements.  A frank and intimate conversation about mental health and grief. 


In January 2020 Cate Conway was devastated by the sudden death of her on-air partner and best friend Stephen Clements.  Here she talks to Radio Ulster’s Steven Rainey about the impact his death has had on her life.  In a no holds barred conversation Cate talks about coping with grief and the impact it has had on her mental health.  She reveals that she is still struggling, but is determined to grow from her experience and use it to work out what she really wants from her own life.
