It's another Friends Phone In Friday with Alan Carr! 

Jo Brand is on the phone to tell Alan all about the new BBC Two series The Festival Of Funny Live. It is a new series and will air over five consecutive nights from Sunday 7th March until Thursday 11th March, from a Covid-safe London location. The series will see established comedians joined by new and emerging talent from all across the country. The line-up includes Jo Brand, Jason Manford, Darren Harriott, Dane Baptiste, Joanne McNally, Rachel Fairburn and Chris McCausland. 

Celeste performs music for Alan from her debut album Not Your Muse, recorded live at home, exclusively for the show. In 2019, Celeste became the fifth artist to top the BBC's annual Sound of... poll and win the Rising Star Award at the Brit Awards in the same year. Her debut album Not Your Muse was released in January this year and debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart.

Along with Clare Runacres on news, Richie Anderson on travel and Mike Williams on sport, Alan and the team have the best start to your morning. With celeb guests, quizzes, headlines, tunes chosen by listeners and more music that you can shake a glitterball at!

There's also a Pause For Thought from Rev'd Richard Coles and listeners on the line as Alan entertains the nation with fun for the family!
