The creator of Channel 4 hit Friday Night Dinner, Robert Popper, discusses his noughties hit comedy book The Timewaster Letters Compendium, which is now being turned into an audiobook featuring the voices of Dawn French and Peter Serafinowicz. 

Poly Styrene: I Am A Cliché is showing from this weekend at the Glasgow Film Festival. The death in 2011 of Poly Styrene, punk icon, X-Ray Spex frontwoman and the first woman of colour in the UK to helm a successful rock band, prompted her daughter Celeste Bell to make a film in which she journeys across the world and through her mother’s archive to reconcile their fraught relationship. Grant will be talking to Celeste and her fellow director Paul Sng.

Bobby Bluebell, Scottish guitarist, is the latest celebrity undertaking the challenge of our regular quiz feature, Getting To Know You.
