Kevin Higgins of Advice NI on benefits and what help is available, and Jeremy Logan of DVA chats MOTs, driving licences, theory tests and parking fines with the Consumer Council. 

With a rise in the number of people borrowing due to the pandemic, Kevin Higgins of Advice NI discusses what benefit help is available, and what will happen when furlough ends. 

Jeremy Logan, Head of the Driver & Vehicle Agency explains the current situation with MOT testing, driving and theory tests, and what happens when your theory test pass certificate expires this year. 

Parking penalties on private land; Linda hears from listener Betty, whose sister got the parking penalty and they began the appeal process. Mark Crawford of the Consumer Council explains what they should have done instead.
