At the end of a traumatic and turbulent week both at home and abroad, Pastor Rob James, a Baptist minister and Executive Chair of Evangelical Alliance Wales, explores the significance for us of the  set readings for today which tell of the baptism of Jesus Christ in the River Jordan by John the Baptist.  Hymns include ‘On Jordan’s banks the baptist’s Cry’, ‘I the Lord of sea and sky’ and ‘King of kings’.
