Bafta-award winning actor, Iain Robertson talks about completing the gruelling 96-mile West Highland Way, a journey which has been made a tell-all video-diary airing on BBC Scotland on Thursday.

Imagine a world where colonisation never happened… Janice talks to writer Courttia Newland about his new book A River Called Time which explores what it is to be human and what Africa’s global influence would have been had the world not exploited slavery. 

Big Issue Books Editor Jane Graham and Marie Moser from The Edinburgh Book Shop look ahead to some of the biggest books of 2021,  including new work from Scottish novelist Jenni Fagan and Paula Hawkins and Barack Obama’s second volume of memoirs.
