Bruce MacGregor is joined by The Chair - back with a brand new album after a 7 year recording hiatus. And 2019 winner Benedict Morris is next in the hot seat for Young Trad at 20.

Orkney Monster is the long awaited third album by the band who have become synonymous with live concerts, festival highlights and late night parties. The band have been going since 2004 and have gained many fans over the years with the unique brand of ‘Orkney Stomp’ music designed to get people moving. Bruce catches up with the band to find out what they've been up to in their 7 year recording hiatus and shares some music from the album.

Also, as we reach the end of our year celebrating the 20th anniversary of the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year award, we come to the penultimate instalment of Young Trad at 20: Where Are They Now. This week, Bruce is in conversation with the 2019 champion, fiddler Benedict Morris. Benedict shares his experience of the competition and the rewards of winning, as well as his background in music and all his musical choices.
