Plus they call in to talk to Paddy about a new feature length film, Dancing on Thin Ice, where they travel to Alaska on an extraordinary quest to fulfil a life-long dream that also provides a first-hand insight into the effects of climate change. 

Paddy also hears from Prue Leith for her top tips with what to do with all of the Christmas leftovers.
