You can hear Grant Stott talking to the brilliant  Jon Richardson about Jon Richardson and the Futurenaut; the podcast that offers an antidote to the doom and gloom of the current global situation (and explores the many ways in which we can all make the world a better place); it has returned for a second series! 

Kate Rusby will be on hand too! Normally, Kate would be just about to set out around the country with her glittery Christmas tour, but, things being what they are, the tour is not allowed to happen this year! So Kate is determined to bring the joy of the usual Christmas tour to the comfort of everyone’s homes with a special delivery of a full length concert streamed worldwide. This year, everyone will get a front row seat for Kate Rusby’s Happy Holly Day! (Kate’s Christmas concert broadcast will be streamed on 12th December 2020 at 7:30pm and will be her ONLY concert this year!)

Grant will also be hosting our Film Hour when film critics Ross MacLean and Amber Wilkinson share their thoughts on The Prom- starring Meryl Streep, James Corden, Nicole Kidman; it’s a story about a group of down-on-their-luck Broadway stars who shake up a small Indiana town as they rally behind a teen who just wants to attend prom with her girlfriend.

They will also discuss David Byrnes’s spectacular concert film, American Utopia, directed by Spike Lee… 

All that and a cult classic – Galaxy Quest  - the sci-fi comedy about the cast of a Star Trek-style TV show that's recruited to go on an actual intergalactic mission - starring Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Sam Rockwell, Tony Shalhoub, and  Justin Long
