Roddy Hart and Tommy Reilly talk about the latest move in their careers - writing music for the new series of Animaniacs, 27 years after the original cartoon debuted

Tim Minchin talks to Grant Stott about his debut studio album, which is a departure from his satirical comedy songs and musical compositions. In a special extended interview, Tim reflects on his career, and moving from comedy to massive success with Matilda and Groundhog Day the musical, and now to finally taking himself seriously as a musician. 

BBC Radio Scotland's Roddy Hart and his song-writing partner Tommy Reilly talk about the latest move in their careers which, like Tim Minchin, are similarly multi-faceted, as singer songwriters, composing the musical Anna and the Apocalypse, and now writing music for the new series of Animaniacs, 27 years after the original cartoon debuted, and which is exec produced by Steven Spielberg. 

Mezzo Soprano Andrea Baker and Georgetown University academic Jennifer Wells join Grant for our monthly Book Group to discuss Barack Obama's new memoir A Promised Land. 

Grant explores the stooshie between Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun over her original Masters, following Swift's criticism of music industry mogul Braun over his sale of her master recordings to a US private equity firm. Grant is joined by copyright lawyer Duncan Lamont, and music blogger and podcaster, and Taylor Swift super-fan Jen Imrie, to discuss the issues underlying the story.
