Transvestite Alistair tells Michelle McManus about escaping through being Jennifer.  Heather explains why listening matters and Robyn on how she found her inner singer songwriter.

This week transvestite Alistair shares the story of his life as Jennifer, the person he says he 'escapes to'. It started when he was 10 trying on his sister's clothes but it's something which has become a huge part of his life and his salvation as he's grown older and battled PTSD.   

Heather talks about her voluntary work in taking bereavement walks and providing a space for people to voice their grief.
