Their guest is BBC Breakfast and football presenter Dan Walker, whose new book 'Remarkable People' features stories of courage and selflessness from people he's met throughout his career. In a time of anxiety, he wants their tales of compassion and hope to shine through and lift your Sunday morning. In a very moving conversation with Kate, he pays tribute to some of the people he's met who have weathered the cruellest blows.
