This morning they celebrate Diwali with the musician Navin Kundra and Harpz Kaur from the Asian Network picks a track to help celebrate the festival of lights from home.

Plus the writer Carys Bray joins Kate and Jason to talk about her novel 'When The Lights Go Out', about climate change anxiety and family crisis. Carys was brought up as a Mormon but has since moved away from faith. 

And John Carter Cash, the only son of Johnny and June Carter Cash speaks to Jason about his late father's new album with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. He talks about the legacy and influence of his parents, plus faith, addiction and the power of music.
