Janice Forsyth chats to award-winning author Maggie O'Farrell, plus all the gossip on last night's Strictly Come Dancing from podcast host Kim Winston.

Janice chats to the award-winning author Maggie O’Farrell about Where Snow Angels Go, her first book for children. The Big Scottish Book Club presenter Damian Barr will be talking about the incredible line-up of authors coming up this series, including last night’s guest – Richard Osman. And official Strictly podcast co-host  Kim Winston will be reacting to the dance off.

And all this week The Afternoon Show will be celebrating 25 years since the Disability Discrimination Act – a landmark for the disability rights movement. On today’s show Janice will be joined by Kiss My Artist, an Edinburgh-based collective of creatives with and without learning disabilities to discuss.
