Janice hears from the frontman of A New International, Biff Smith, about the band's new single Swirly. Plus Victoria Hislop discusses her latest novel.

Janice hears about Under The Bridge, a project from a group of artists and musicians who are trying to turn the underused car park under Glasgow’s Kingston Bridge, into a creative space as a “theatre without walls”, performance space, and canvas for street art. 

Author Victoria Hislop talks about her new novel One August Night which is a return to the characters she last wrote about 15 years ago in her bestseller, The Island.  This new book examines the aftermath of a moment of violence after the closure of an island leper colony.

Biff Smith, frontman of A New International, discusses the band's new single Swirly which is one of many previously unreleased and unfinished songs dating as far back as 1997 that he has turned to and revived during lockdown.

And in Tuesday Review;  Hannah McGill, Catherine Simpson and Heath Sheridan give their thoughts on the Ray Harryhausen exhibition which celebrates the work of the stop-motion pioneer and his impact on film, a new comedy Truth Seekers from Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, and Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders reuniting in podcast French and Saunders Titting About.
