Comedian and mental health advocate Ruby Wax  joins Grant to talk about her new book And Now for the Good News, as well as  her love of Scotland and the community groups she runs in her now online Frazzled Café.

Grant invites his friend BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat journalist Shiona McCallum to talk about her new role as See Me Scotland’s ambassador for raising awareness about talking about mental health by sharing her own stories of trauma and how she’s come through it.
