In a first for Scotland, every 30 mph speed limit in the Borders is to be cut to 20 in a new trial starting today. Scottish Borders Council says the aim is to encourage more people to walk and cycle. Would you welcome the same move in your neighbourhood? Do you already have a 20mph limit – has it made any difference?
