Musician Edelle McMahon performs a little of her sundowning music and explains how playing in care homes and day centres helps patients with dementia.  Following on from Raynor Winn’s success with her bestselling book the Salt Path, she tells John about her next journey in Wild Silence as she and her husband tried to put down roots in Cornwall.  Actress and comedienne Diona Doherty talks about her latest stand up performance at the Lough Down Arts Festival and how she incorporates her real life stories of IVF and being a step mum into her comedy.  Musician Ryan Vail tells John about his experience of being circled by a pod of Orca killer whales in Donegal and his love of surfing and our resident chef Paula McIntyre cooks triple cheese and onion pie with radish and pickled walnut salad.
