Nicola is joined by Konnie Huq to chat about her new book of Fearless Fairy Tales, jam packed with laugh-out-loud stories with thoroughly modern morals. 

Multi-Instrumentalist Andrew Wasylyk has just released his final album in a trilogy which celebrates the landscape of the North East of Scotland. He chats to Nicola about how he finds inspiration in his local surroundings. 

Sir Chris Hoy is encouraging us all to become our own champions in his new book Be Amazing! It’s brimming with ideas such as how to find your passion, and why failure can be useful. Chris joins Nicola to chat about his own journey to become his own champion. 

Siobhan Synnot chats with Welsh director Craig Roberts about Eternal Beauty, a character study of paranoid schizophrenic Jane (played by Oscar winning actress Sally Hawkins) which is released in cinemas on Friday.
