Their guest this morning is the best-selling writer and mental health campaigner Bryony Gordon. Bryony's new book 'Glorious Rock Bottom' is a raw account of her relationship with alcohol and drugs, and how she started the bumpy road to sobriety. Bryony tells Kate and Jason about rehab and recovery and how her life has changed. 

Plus our Charity Champion Lizzy Hall went from sending a social media message two years ago to running a national charity. The Hygiene Bank wants to help make sure everyone has access to basic toiletries and personal hygiene products, and in a time of Covid, that's not just important for mental wellbeing but vital for physical health as well. Lizzy tells Kate and Jason about the need she's uncovered, why she's so passionate about it and how this cause has changed her life.
