Changes to childcare as parents return to work, a probate problem, and we celebrate a huge success for On Your Behalf - the return of one listener's life savings following a scam.

As the Prime Minister urges us to get back to work and children to school – what support is in place for parents? Is help available for childminders to help them comply with the Department of Health regulations? Aoife Hamilton of Employers4Childcare and Patricia Mooney of the NI Childminders Association chat live, taking calls and queries on the new normal for childcare and returning to school. 

Problems with Probate – with the Probate Offices currently closed in Northern Ireland, one listener took the matter into his own hands after the death of his mother. 

And, a huge success for On Your Behalf – Liz got in touch with programme after her father was a victim of scammers, who took thirty thousand pounds of life savings. The bank wouldn’t budge, so On Your Behalf stepped in and he has received the money back in full. 

Financial Ombudsman Caroline Wayman discusses banking scams with Linda and what to look out for, in order to avoid falling victim to scams of this nature.
