Nicola chats to Ayrshire rockers Biffy Clyro about their new album "A Celebration of Endings".

Biffy Clyro’s new album “A Celebration of Endings” comes out on Friday and Nicola chats to James and Ben from the band about everything from the importance of grass roots venues to filming music videos at home. 

She’ll also be joined by author Matt Haig to chat about his new work “The Midnight Library”, which explorers the question of regret. If you could live your life over again would you make the same choices? 

Composer George Fenton has been responsible for some of the heartstring tugging music in our favourite films like You’ve Got Mail, and Groundhog Day. George is joined by pianist Simon Chamberlain to chat with Nicola about their new album of George’s work “The Piano Framed”. 

And what does a trip to Edinburgh Zoo look like this summer? Kim McAllister and family went along for a visit and give us their review.
