The world around us is constantly changing, we are changing too. How many of us are the same person we were yesterday, last week, last year?  For some of us, change can be exciting, it brings new adventures, life experiences or even gets us back on track.  But for others it can be daunting too, leading to fear and anxiety.

How we cope with change in our lives will either propel us forward or hold us back. In this Life Cycle, endurance cyclist Lee Craigie jumps on her bike, Jimmy, to explore how we can embrace change in our lives.
