Deep Purple’s Ian Paice discusses their new single 'Nothing At All"

Grant Stott will be in conversation with Ian Paice from Deep Purple; the band’s drummer since he joined the band (age 19) in 1968! They are back with a brand new single entitled 'Nothing At All' - from their up and coming album 'Whoosh'. The legendary drummer will be discussing it all and looking back over their remarkable career in music.

He will also be talking to Olivier award winning Theatre director Jessica Swale about her first feature film - Summerland  - an intensely emotional journey of womanhood and self-discovery, love and friendship. Featuring a phenomenal British cast, including Gemma Arterton, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Tom Courtenay and Penelope Wilton

The French writer/director Alice Winocour will be discussing Proxima - her drama about a French astronaut (Eva Green) reconciling her commitment to an upcoming mission to space with the impending separation from her daughter.

Grant  will also be hosting our Film Hour when we’ll review Summerland  and Proxima, alongside Angel Face - a film-noir classic from Otto Preminger, starring Robert Mitchum and Jean Simmons.
