They also hear about a roadside rescue service that took so long to arrive that a car flooded so badly that it was damaged beyond repair; a woman who faces financial ruin after a battle with her travel insurer; and a breakthrough for one visitor to our pop-up advice clinic who is trying to reclaim £1,000 he is owed.
