In this episode, Gary takes on his best friend, Mark Heirs, Scotland’s premier private chef. Mark is a man more used to cooking for the rich and famous on super yachts using foie gras rather than fish paste, and more at home with white truffles than the white bread he finds in today’s corner shop in Stirling.
