Singer Katherine Jenkins talks about her new album, Cinema Paradiso, full of her favourite tracks from movie history. She also discusses her first role in a film, alongside Johnny Depp and Bill Nighy in the forthcoming Minimata, broadcasting live ‘at home’ concerts on Facebook with half a million people tuning in, performing for the VE day celebrations a few weeks ago, and last Wednesday giving a special live streamed performance from her rainy garden to residents in 100 care homes.

Comedian Jenny Éclair talks to Janice about her new book Older and Wider, her funny,  irreverent and refreshingly honest compendium of the menopause for anyone approaching it, living through it or living with someone going through it!

Poet Lemn Sissay joins Janice to talk about his memoir, My Name is Why, about the years he spent growing up in care and which explores what it means for children to be cared for by the state.

We dip once more into our star-studded archives and there’s another chance to hear Janice’s interview with Jay, Jimmy and Merrill Osmond.

And we hear about how piper Robin Hay has been making a difference, bringing joy to care home residents by playing for them, taking advantage of the fact that the pipes are the ideal instrument for physically-distant music making!
