Get back in your box! Lee Craigie joins choreographer Claire Cunningham and traveller David Donaldson to explore how much we carry the weight of expectation with us through life.

What impact does the box you’re placed in have on your path through life?  Either because you’ve put yourself there or someone else has?  How heavily does the expectation of society weigh on what we are capable of achieving?  And what of our own expectations?  Set them too high and are we inevitably going to fall?

Endurance athlete Lee Craigie sets off on her bike to unpick questions around expectation. On route Lee talks to top choreographer and dancer, Claire Cunningham, who has defied all expectations about just what its possible to achieve when you have to use crutches.  She also meets inspirational young traveller, Davie Donaldson, who has battled expectations and prejudice of what being a traveller means his whole life.  

Don't expect all the answers...do expect a fascinating and thought provoking journey from Lee and the people she meets along the way.
