Record breaking  drummer Ali Brown from Belfast and his 12 hour drumming shift for the NHS.  Paula bakes an orange cake with elderflower poached apricots and John chats to one of her fans, originally from Holywood, who enjoys cooking her recipes in lockdown from Anchorage, Alaska.
