Bruce MacGregor is joined by Phil Cunningham to talk about his new album with longtime collaborator Aly Bain, "No Rush". Plus Mohsen Amini introduces a new track from Imar.

Phil Cunningham and Aly Bain are two of Scotland's finest exponents and ambassadors of traditional music. After a long break from the studio they have recorded a brand new album, "No Rush", which showcases the much-loved slower material from their performances. Bruce catches up with Phil and hears all about the making of the album.

Plus we have loads of new music to share including a new track from Imar recorded in lock down. Bruce chats to Mohsen Amini from the band about recording the track, life in lock down and the trials of writing music in isolation.
