Matt Johnson is in The Mind Shed where a group of men are talking openly about mental health, life in lockdown and trying to answer the ago old question; why don’t men talk?

With Wales in Lockdown and people socially distanced or self-isolating, the nation’s mental health is under new and unprecedented pressure. Men - never the best communicators - are at particular risk. Men need to talk and at last The Mind Shed, a unique chat show, is going to get the conversation started. 

Matt Johnson discusses the effects of life in lockdown with Dr Alex George, former Love Island contestant, now back working in A&E; Matt Guerin, Barber of the Year and ambassador for Lions Barber Collective - the charity working hard to prevent male suicide; and Mo Jannah, journalist and life coach.
