Airlines are under tremendous financial pressures and are encouraging passengers whose flights have been cancelled to take vouchers or re-arranged flights - rather than full refunds. By law though the airlines should reimburse those wanting their money back. But many who want refunding are still struggling despite weeks of trying, We hear from some of the many passengers seeking recompense, what their legal rights are, and calls for the Government to intervene as tension rises between the airlines and their customers.
Meanwhile there are many travellers  who have been stuck abroad since the UK went into lockdown. The Government launched a major rescue operation at the time, bringing home thousands of holidaymakers. But many are still trapped. We speak to some of them, and hear calls for an overhaul of the UK's mass evacuation planning.
The author Deborah Moggach - best known for her novel The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel - tells us the important role carers have played throughout her life. Indeed, they proved the inspiration for her latest novel. She tells us how both her parents suffered from dementia in later life, and how her mother's life story reads like a novel in itself...
And at a time when businesses are struggling to survive, we profile some who have shaken up their business model to adapt to the current crisis. What do you do when you are an ice-ream salesman on Brighton seafront but can no longer sell to passing trade? Or a wine salesman whose shop has had to close?
